DB FAST is looking for a senior energy/property engineer to support operations, drive energy measures, and optimize technical installations in a growing residential and commercial property portfolio.

Requirements (mandatory)

• Relevant higher education/university degree in energy systems or equivalent
• At least 10 years as an energy consultant or equivalent
• At least 10 years of systematic energy optimization in larger residential portfolios (≥1 million sqm A-temp)
• Experience in district heating analysis
• Experience in optimization in commercial premises
• Knowledge of laws, regulatory requirements, and standards (HVAC/energy, etc.)
• Knowledge in investment calculations & economic assessments
• IT and system proficiency, digital working methods
• Swedish & English in speech and writing
• Driving license B

→ Energy investigations, calculations & savings assessments

→ Analysis & reporting

→ Collaboration with operations, technology & contractors

→ Training & meetings within energy
